Integrating the micro-data of TEV

Download the file new_example.zip and unzip it. After downloading and unzipping the file, you will find the following 13 files:

1 word file (Guidelines_for_data_processing_Nov 2011.doc)
1 word file (Y_hats_on_the_selection_of_variables.doc) a document with some general comments on the y-hats
1 SPSS data file (ICENES_TEV_2007_unstacked_2vs_20111126.sav) of ICENES 2007 not stacked.
1 SPSS syntax file (ICENES_TEV_2007_SPSS_FINAL_2vs_20111126.sps) containing the COMPLETE syntax to recode the variables, stack and create the y-hats.
1 SPSS data file (ICENES_TEV_2007_stacked_2vs_20111126.sav) of ICENES 2007 stacked with the y-hats.
1 SPSS output file (ICELAND_TEV_2007_factor_analysis.spv) containing the output of factor analysis
1 Stata data file (icenes_tev_2007_unstacked_2vs.dta) identical to the unstacked SPSS one.
1 Stata syntax file (ICENES_TEV_2007_stacking_&_yhats_STATA_update.do) containing the syntax for the STACKING and the Y-HATS.
1 Stata data file (icenes_tev_2007_stacked_2vs.dta) identical to the stacked SPSS one.
1 word file (TEMPLATE_party_codes.doc) containing a template for party codes
1 Rich Text Format file (Effects y-hats.rtf) containing the output of the 5 logistic regressions ran separately for each party for the y-hats, as produced by ptvtools.
1 PDF file (TEV_Codebook_version_November_2011.pdf) containing the new codebook
1 SPSS data file (TEV_codebook_November__20111126.sav) containing the SPSS data file with the variables of the codebook
